You'll own end-to-end recruitment as a true generalist across engineering, go-to-market, product and G&A roles, with a primary focus on Lisbon, PagerDuty's fast-growing strategic hub, and collaborate with North American talent teammates on priority searches. Needs proven hands-on recruiting experience across Europe and comfort with high-volume context switching in a fast-paced environment.
