Duffel, the YC-backed travel infrastructure company (Benchmark, Index Ventures), is hiring a Commercial Legal Counsel in London as its second in-house lawyer. You'll draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on GDPR and data protection, partner with People on employment matters, and act as a trusted risk advisor across the business. Needs 2–4 years PQE as an English-law qualified solicitor with an SRA practising certificate and commercial-contracts experience, ideally in tech. Hybrid: in office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Shoreditch (2 office days per week). Equity for every permanent employee, travel allowance and work-from-anywhere flexibility. Full-time.
