The Customer Success Architect role builds strong, consultative relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor on DevSecOps best practices, industry trends and GitLab's capabilities to help customers navigate complex challenges and reach their desired outcomes. You'll turn the outcomes agreed in the pre-sales plan into actionable objectives, guide customers on adoption across their journey, and act as their liaison with GitLab Support, Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Professional Services.
