Monzo, the UK digital bank, is hiring a Data Director for its EU expansion. You'll lead the data function behind Monzo's growth into Europe, shaping strategy, building the data foundations teams need to move quickly, and leading data scientists, analytics engineers and machine learning engineers who are embedded in cross-functional product squads alongside engineers, designers and product managers. Monzo has a strong culture of data-driven decision making, with data central to how it understands customers, shapes products, manages risk and grows sustainably. The role can be based in Monzo's London or Barcelona office, and Monzo is open to distributed working anywhere in the UK with ad hoc meetings in London.
