Mozilla, the non-profit-backed maker of the Firefox browser, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Firefox Security. You'll design, build and ship security and hardening features for enterprise users, strengthen Firefox's security architecture across operating systems through privilege isolation and moving trust boundaries, improve core security mechanisms such as cryptographic protocols, WebPKI and security-sensitive web APIs, and work across teams to investigate security issues and deliver robust fixes. Fully remote in Germany. Hiring range €68,000–€91,000 plus a performance-based bonus, generous retirement contributions and a home office stipend. Full-time.
