Regulamin
These terms are the agreement for using Remote Job Sphere. The site is operated by Cameron Mcsorley, trading as Remote Job Sphere, Netherlands. Questions: hello@remotejobsphere.com.
Tablica
Listings describe jobs at other companies. We check that a role looks live and fully remote before it goes up, and we can still be wrong. Read the employer’s posting before you apply. We do not employ you, we do not take your application, and we do not guarantee a reply or a hire.
A listing stays on the public board for 45 days after it was last verified, unless it is checked again or marked closed. The page can remain after that so an old link explains that the role has ended.

A standard listing is 49 USD. A featured listing is 149 USD and is pinned for 30 days. The price is shown before you pay. Checkout is on Stripe. The draft is not public until Stripe confirms the payment.
The fee is for publishing the listing, not for a hiring result. You are responsible for the text you submit. Do not include personal data you would not put on a public job ad. We can refuse or remove a post that is hybrid, misleading, unlawful, or filled, and we will say so by email when we can.
Zwroty
Cameron Mcsorley, trading as Remote Job Sphere, Netherlands will refund a paid listing in full if it never goes live because of a fault on our side. Email hello@remotejobsphere.com within 14 days of the charge.
Once the listing is public, the service has been delivered and the fee is not refunded. That includes a role that is filled, a request to take the post down early, and the end of the featured period. If we remove a post because it was not fully remote or not as described, the fee is not refunded.
If you are buying as a consumer in the EU and you ask us to publish immediately, you agree the service starts before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. After the listing is live, the withdrawal right for that service ends.
Job alerts Pro
The free list is a weekly email. Job alerts Pro is 4 USD per month. It renews until you cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel any time. Mail and access continue until the period you have already paid for ends. The current period is not refunded. The fee is for the email, not for a job offer.
Dozwolone użycie
Do not misuse the ingest API, scrape in a way that degrades the site, or submit a listing you are not allowed to publish. Rate limits apply to posting, alerts, and checkout.
Odpowiedzialność
The board is provided as available. We are not liable for hiring decisions, for an employer’s posting being wrong, or for indirect loss. Our total liability related to a paid listing or subscription is limited to the fee you paid us for that listing or that month, except where Dutch law does not allow a limit.
Prawo
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Netherlands, except where a consumer protection rule gives you another court.
