Temporal, the open-source durable execution platform, is hiring a Senior Director of Global Field Operations to own operations across its whole field organization: Sales, Technical Services and Partners, across every region and sales motion. You'll lead the regional field operations leaders, set the global operating cadence (forecasts, pipeline reviews, QBRs), drive capacity, territory and quota planning with Finance, run partner operations, and build an AI-native GTM operations function. Needs significant sales, revenue or field operations leadership in B2B enterprise software across AMER, EMEA and APJ, plus strong Salesforce skills. Remote in the United States. Salary $240,000–$350,000 plus a $42,600–$70,000 bonus and equity, depending on location. Full-time. Verified live on the Temporal Ashby board.
