JFrog, the liquid software DevSecOps platform trusted by a majority of the Fortune 100, is hiring a Technical Success Manager for the DACH region. The role is currently fully remote with residency in Germany required. You'll be the trusted advisor accelerating adoption of the JFrog Platform, exploring expansion opportunities from real customer use cases, and protecting renewals and NPS/CSAT. Needs 7+ years in customer success, delivery or consulting (3+ in software/SaaS), native German and fluent English, and occasional travel to DACH customers. Fully remote in Germany. Full-time. Verified live on JFrog's Greenhouse board.
