Key Responsibilities: Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global, building and owning the full growth pipeline Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels. Drive the end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card , Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases.
