Lattice is hiring a Lead Product Manager. Fully remote: Remote in the United States. Listed pay: $179K – $220K. What You Will Do We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. You will: Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy. Not only decide what features and integrations to pursue, but what MCP and AI mean to Lattice and our customers. Become a thought leader on how AI should shape HR for the better. Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work. Build durable foundations, like authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evals that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to adopt and maintain.
